Hi. I'm Rebka. I am a Trauma Informed Spiritual/Energy Healing facilitator and a licensed Massage Therapist of over 15 years, in Virginia Beach, VA. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Marymount University. I also practiced as a Physical Therapist Assistant for a time, among neumerous other trainings.

As much as I love my intellectual endeavors, I am convinced that true healing is incomplete without the application of some spiritual principles. I believe that we are simultaneously physical and energetic/spiritual beings. Through the years, personal experience and great spiritual teachers have taught me a few things. I’ve learned that there is a profound gift in deliberately incorporating stillness, play and relaxation in our daily lives. Adding Energy Healing to these practices creates and enhances the movement of energy within and around the physical body. It expands consciousness/ awareness and revitalizes the energy field, which over time is reflected in physical well-being. I believe this is truly the foundation for a happy, healthy and flowing life, which effortlessly extends into all areas of life and relationships, with consistency, practice and non-judgement.

I travel over 3 hours from Northern Virginia to Virginia Beach for Rebka's miraculous massage and reiki packages. I have been getting massages for 25 years and there is simply nobody like her. The blend of massage and energy work is healing to a cellular level.

I met with Rebka once a week for 10 weeks for restorative breath work. WOW! I wasn’t sure what I was getting into at first but the whole journey was amazing. We met online and from the comfort of my own home I had some really magical meditative experiences. Rebka’s genuine and caring approach made me feel very comfortable throughout all sessions. My ‘monkey-mind’ settled for a better meditation practice, my body was able to relax and get better sleep (I had been experiencing insomnia when we began which resolved after a few sessions), and spiritually I had profound out of body experiences. She really cares about treating the WHOLE body. I would highly recommend this 10 week journey for anyone looking for a deeper connection to oneself and the power within that YOU have to heal.
