I would let them know what a great experience my massage was. Brent was very professional and focused on areas that I specified needing attention. I was comfortable and felt very good after the massage. My areas of need felt much better and I would greatly recommend making an appointment to take care of your issues or just to relax and enjoy the massage experience.

He is amazing with his hands and skills. Customer Service could greatly improve as he offered last time to change the appointment time and this time moved the appointment 1.5 hours earlier less than 18 hours prior. Just a text and email advising of the change. If you cancel within 24 hours there may be a cancelation fee, but he feels if it fits his schedule he can change without consideration of the client.

Brent is wonderful. My most recent visit was while recovering from a pulled muscle in my back. I walked in with pain and walked out feeling much better!

Im not a fan of massage, Im am now after my experience with Brent. I felt relaxed and less pain in my lower back and neck. I highly recommend Brent!! I will be back.

Great first visit, you were a a bit guarded as i had surgery recently .
Looking forward to some deeper tissue and muscular therapy that I can tolerate and be beneficial along with your professionalism.
Keeping in mind I need to relaxe more as massage is new to me.
