Audrey is very nice and her massage was very needed. The office is pretty and soothing, with a window next to trees and woods. It feels like relaxing sanctuary from the moment you step inside.

When I started having intense neck pain I called Audrey at Lightfoot Massage (recommended to me by two people) to see if she could help. She first asked questions to assess the pain, and then carefully addressed the immediate and surrounding areas with a variety of techniques. Her deep understanding of anatomy, combined with her skill in knowing how to address my pain was very impressive. I felt so much relief after just one session. She truly knows what she’s doing and loves what she does. I highly recommend Audrey at Lightfoot Massage.

Audrey is amazing. She always has great ideas to help me pinpoint strategies outside of the massage that can help me manage my stress and contribute to a healthier lifestyle. We talk about things we have in common. And she also helps me relax and as well as heal by targeting the areas that I know are giving me trouble. She has lots of knowledge and tools in her toolbox that she leverages specifically for my needs. I'm grateful I have found her!

As for Audrey herself, she is incredible. From the moment I met her, I could tell she’s not just your average massage therapist. She’s kind, professional, and clearly has a deep well of knowledge that goes well beyond the norm. I was really impressed by how much she invests in her own self-development and learning. It’s obvious she takes pride in her craft, and it shows in the quality of her work. Honestly, if you’re looking for someone who truly understands your body and how to address your specific needs, I couldn’t recommend Audrey more highly.
