I entered this line of work after retiring from the Navy after 25 years, then working in the mega-stress IT world after that. 

In addition to physically and mentally demanding active duty and post-retirement careers, I spent almost a decade bodybuilding and power lifting.  By that time doctors were prescribing medication and surgery for chronic pain, I’d had enough.  I sought more natural alternatives.  I found them, and I have never looked back.  They forever changed my life and my health.

I don’t believe anyone needs or deserves to live in pain.  The techniques I use to assess and treat clients are exact and powerful, and in a number of cases, have prevented the need for medications and/or surgery.
