Changing how you feel, one muscle at a time
I like to refer to my passion for massage as my dream deferred. Initially, I became interested in massage and how it works in my late teen years. I have always had the desire to learn about just how fearfully and wonderfully made we really are. The body has always intrigued me. For the most part we all may look alike on the outside; however, each individual has something unique taking place on the inside. Realizing that massage and bodywork is my calling, I decided to pursue it further. I am a high honors graduate of Centura College, Chesapeake Virginia. Using my hands as well as my heart, I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable. I've been practicing massage for five years, and I challenge myself to actively keep learning so that I can continue to offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. I specialize in working with clients who experience pain in their neck and back, just to mention a few. Often, the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, repetitive motion, poor posture, or too much time sitting.
