My work goes beyond surface symptoms—I look at each client as a whole, listening closely to their body’s unique story. Whether I’m using light-touch techniques to gently guide fascia into release, or applying deep, broad strokes with the soles of my feet for more stubborn tension, my goal is always the same: to find the root cause of discomfort and support lasting healing.

I offer a wide range of therapies, including Myofascial Release, Thai, Ashiatsu Barefoot, Deep Tissue, Swedish Relaxation, Hot Stone, Hot Bamboo, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Certified Lymphatic Drainage. Whether you're recovering from surgery, living with chronic pain, or simply looking to relax, I’ll work with you to create a treatment plan that supports your body’s healing journey.

When I’m not in the treatment room, I enjoy teaching others about the natural world as a Texas Master Naturalist with the Sabine Neches Chapter. Nature and the body both have incredible wisdom—and I feel honored to work with both every day.
