Molded by an athletic background as a competitive gymnast and springboard diver in New England, Leslie was immersed in the health and fitness arena at a very young age.

Leslie holds a BA from Smith College and she completed extensive study of massage therapy and bodywork at The Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage in Austin, TX.

Leslie has been a practicing therapist since 1991 and specializes in an integrative style of Deep Tissue Bodywork.

Modalities she has studied include Zero Balancing, Deep Massage, Trigger-Point Therapy, Cranial-Sacral Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Aaron Mattes Stretching Techniques.

In addition to Massage, Leslie also pursued Personal Training, lending the ability to teach clients exercises in the gym to help them find solutions for issues discovered on the table (or vice-versa).

Leslie enjoys an active lifestyle in the Tetons and strives to keep up with her kids for many more years ahead!  She encourages incorporating massage into your lifestyle routine as a maintenance technique for overall balance and health.
