I have been working with different techniques that I have learned during my years of practice. One technique that I work with and is very useful is Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), a technique that is a form of manual therapy that integrates specific massage techniques, flexibility stretches and home care practices to eliminate the causes of neuromuscular pain.Injuries and trauma can destabilize nerve transmission, making the body vulnerable to pain and dysfunction. The goal of this technique is to restore balance to the central nervous system.
