As a graduated from the Fingers Lakes School of Massage, I received over 1000 hours in therapeutic massage and hydrotherapy. I received my national certification from the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Body Work in 2012.  I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Connective Tissue, Sports Massage, and Neuromuscular Therapy. I have premed in Math and Science with a focus on Emergency Medical first Response.

Booked with Aimee for a 90 minute therapeutic massage and it was fantastic! She spent a good amount of time trying to break up tension in my neck and upper back and it was just what I needed. Afterward I asked for feedback on my body and she was quick with a well educated response and recommendation.
