Prior to massage session my neck tension was so great I had piercing headache and intense nausea. After session I felt relaxed and in my right body again. The session was fabulous balance of relaxing and pleasant while also working specific areas that needed release. Often when I specify that I do not want pain I get a wishy-washy experience that does not address issues.. Paul is skilled at working necessary areas with strategy and sensitivity instead of just digging in deeply and painfully. I'm so happy to have received the structural assistance while also having an enjoyable massage experience. I added time to my initial session and highly recommend having a 2 hour session! So worth it to emerge renewed, relaxed, and in good mood.

It had been a long while since I last had a massage. Paul was an extremely knowledgeable and intuitive bodyworker. He was able to detect and work on some long-standing issues I have from too much sitting and driving, as well as make recommendations about how to continue to care for tight muscles caused by stress and life.
