I am a graduate of the Advanced Practitioner Program at Kali Institute where I continued on to teach the 200-Hour Program and several other workshops for nearly five years. I have maintained a successful private practice in Ventura, since 1996. I strive to help my clients achieve and maintain their body's natural balance through integrated massage that is individualized according to their specific needs. My Bodywork draws from various modalities including Swedish, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Neuro-Structural Bodywork and Intuitive Studies. Ultimately, balance and healing come from within ones' self. As a facilitator to this process I work mindful of body, mind and soul. I chose Bodywork as a career because it allows me to be scientific, caring, creative, curious, problem solving, magical, and philosophical! My deep love of anatomy, my compassion for others, and my intuitive and spiritual nature are all important components of my work. I am committed to my personal growth and continuing education as a Massage Therapist and in working with my clients to increase their own body awareness.
