My interest in Massage Therapy and choosing it as a career comes from a desire to help people, considering myself a humanitarian and looking for alternative ways and means of doing that guided me to the art of Massage Therapy.   It gives me great joy knowing I have made someone feel better!

I attended Body Therapy Institute in Santa Barbara, California in 1994, completing my basic training in massage therapy, Deep Tissue Massage and Reiki.  In 2008, I attended, Kali Institute of Massage Therapy,  certification in Neuro-Structural Bodywork and in 2018 completed training and certification in Oncology Massage from the Institute of Integrative Oncology.  I specialize in Neuro-Structural Bodywork, which incorporates deep tissue, myofacial release work, trigger point therapy and range of motion.

Hobbies and interests:  Photography, Cooking, Yoga and hanging out with my Labrador Retriever!  Volunteer:  Massage Therapist Ojai Cares nonprofit, a cancer resource center for cancer patients.
