Very impressed with Lisa. I was able to benefit greatly from deep tissue treatment and I extended it from 60 minutes to 90 minutes because it was extremely helpful. I thought long about this, but I can honestly say — Best treatment that I ever received. Lisa blended trigger point with the deep tissue massage.

I booked deep tissue neuromuscular massage services. I have recurring issues with my neck, shoulders, and upper back from multiple surgeries. Over time, I get a bit misaligned because of missing bone and muscle tissue. Lisa's skills and techniques do a world of wonder, working out all the kinks, helping me feel so much better.

Lisa took time to truly listen to my concerns before starting, which made a big difference. She blended relaxation with targeted muscle work perfectly—especially on those sore spots from CrossFit. I also appreciated how comfortable and at ease she made me feel throughout the session.
