She probably gave me more time than was allotted but I really needed it. My muscles in my back and neck were severely tense.
Lisa is strong! And worked out all my issues. I will definitely be back!

Best massage I’ve ever had! Other places have been very regimented in the way they perform the massage. Lisa on the other hand was much more intentional with getting to the tension while also giving equal attention to all areas. She worked out places I didn’t even know I needed and I felt so much lighter. The fact that I could schedule with her just hours before and have that experience was top tier for a busy, stressed, day to day type person. Highly recommend!!

Lisa’s technique was perfect and exactly what I needed. My neck and shoulders were so tight from stress, I was getting headaches. After my first session, I feel rejuvenated and my tension headache is gone. I will definitely be back and look forward to my next massage session.
P.S. The mini facials and salt scrubs are amazing and so worth it. 💕🙏🏻

Lisa was a terrific massage therapist! She has a wonderful technique & just the right amount of pressure. And she was responsive to any adjustments I needed regarding pressure, temperature of the heater for the table, etc. She also made me feel welcome & at ease right away. Great massage experience, I'll be spreading the word to my friends for sure!
