What is cupping? Cupping is where you place cups (made of glass or silicone) on the skin to create suction. Cupping is a technique used to aid in blood circulation in the area's where the cups are places, which then can help with muscle tension and cell renewal. Benefits of cupping are increased relaxation, decrease pain, decrease tension, decrease inflammation, increase mobility (Range of motion) and help aid in healing to injuries and so much more! In 2019 I completed a continuing education course for Fire Cupping & Silicone Cupping at "East West College of the Healing Arts" in Portland, OR. I have been using Cupping as part of my Massage treatment and have seen great results in my clients path to healing after cupping has been applied.
