Relaxation massage is a light touch massage to help you de-stress.
Deep tissue is a deeper massage to help your muscles release and give you some pain relief.
Intraoral massage is helpful in treating TMJD, headaches, clenching and grinding of teeth. Gloves are always worn during the internal part of the massage.

Heidi has been my therapist for over a year, and she is consistently excellent! She has the skill and experience to find the problem areas, often without me having to tell her.
