Hello, I am Christina. I became a massage therapist after suffering from chronic pain due to my Scoliosis with spinal fusion. I have been practicing yoga most of my life, but didn’t become a teacher until experiencing extreme Postpartum depression. Yoga became my safe place during a really challenging time, that experience gave me the confidence to share yoga with others. My continued education is focused on Scoliosis care and Prenatal/Perinatal care to better help my clients.
