I'm deeply honored and grateful to be able to come along side you and be a part of your healing, restoring, and bringing peace to your heart and soul :)

I’m a graduate of the Body Mechanics Myotherapy and Massage School in Vancouver, WA of 2018 and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and I'm so grateful to be able to share my gifts with the world!

My style is restorative, intuitive, and nurturing combining the deep relaxation of firm rhythmic massage with therapeutic techniques to relieve muscle tension, stress, and discomfort.

I aim to help my clients heal both physically and emotionally and I enjoy working with clients who are looking for a renewed and balanced connection back to themself through self-care.

I also enjoy clients who are new to massages as I feel a part of my gift is alleviating any apprehension or anxiety about massage therapy :)

I use a variety of techniques that are thoughtfully tailored to each client’s specific needs such as Swedish, trigger point therapy, stretching, effleurage, and deep tissue therapy.

I believe in the power of human touch and have a passion for helping people find their inner happiness through the healing benefits of massage, reflection, and self-healing. I hope that each client leaves with a sense of peace and renewal as well as an increased range of motion and fluidity in their Body, Mind, and Spirit.
