I Graduated from Vancouver WA Ashmead College in 2006 and have been a Licensed Massage Practitioner (LMP) through the state of Washington. A proud member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professional (ABMP). Her training includes Swedish Massage Techniques, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Focused Treatment work, Relaxation, Japanese Hot Stone, Kinesio Tape, and Sports Massage.

My goal as a therapist is to assist you in maintaining optimum function. Homework may be given to aid the healing process or maintain gained function and range of motion. The body is an amazing tool we use and some times abuse. It is a good thing to know what the body can handle or not, creating awareness and making adjustments together will improve your health and wellbeing.

The love I have for my clients and their passion for wellness fuels my desire to gain more knowledge and improve my skills. Research, practice, and sharing trials are all part of this growth we call life. It brings immense joy to me to help my clients relax and relieve the little achs and pains we obtain while going through our daily tasks.
