I am Kateri Cheyenne Smith, I've been practicing massage therapy for 4 years and have had the pleasure of co-owning Entheos Health along with my husband Corey Davidson. My focus is on postural imbalances caused by repetitive work conditions or past injuries. I use deep tissue and rocking techniques to increase circulation and release tight muscles. I also focus on easing the stress that builds up on our neck and shoulders, some of these problems lead to head aches.

I loved the whole experience, especially the add-ons (cupping and the hot stones). I am used to a bit harder pressure, but I can communicate that next time. Overall a great experience!

Kateri is absolutely amazing and makes you feel immediately at ease. I am a massage therapist as well and can honestly say that the flow of her massage is seamless which is quite rare. Her light touch allowed me to settle in right away and left me dozing off!
