Prepping the room, cleaning each examination room prior to each appointment Applying the electrical Muscle stimulator pads Receiving the client's file upon arrival Performed short palpations or compressions to loosen up muscle if needed before the doctor did his adjustments

In-Shape Health Club

I have worked for in shape for 6 years before the pandemic, in the kid's zone but while attending NHI I added doing 30 minutes bodywork sessions for our members for extern purposes. This was a great experience since there are so many different body types within a gym, and each client and appointment is always a lesson. all together I performed 2 to 3 hours a day in a total of body work.
