Daisy Alas was born and raised in Vallejo. She found her passion and love for Massage Therapy when she experienced pain relief from an old shoulder injury. After she gained the benefits of massage, she felt inspired to learn the techniques in order to help others. Daisy has over 800 hours in training from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville and found her way to Tune Up Holistic Care through the externship program. After she gained the benefits of massage, she felt inspired to learn the techniques in order to help others. Daisy has over 800 hours in training from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville and found her way to Tune Up Holistic Care through the externship program. A few of the modalities her training included are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Hot Stone and Myofascial Techniques, Massage Cupping (silicone cups only). As a Junior Therapist, Daisy is new to the field and is excited to be apart of a team that provides holistic healing and education to the community she grew up in. Daisy is dedicated and has proven to be advanced for her level. Thanks to Daisy, Shiatsu has been added to the menu.

At TUMW, Junior Therapist rates are 20% less than more experienced therapists. They are CAMTC certified, have 2 years or less of professional experience and are welcomed to the team due to their high skill-set level.

Jr Therapist Rate Expiration Date: 02/16/21

Daisy will be graduating to the next level at this time and her rates will change from the Jr Rate to the Standard Rate.

The cupping method you used for my lower back pain was a game-changer. I felt immediate relief and a lasting impact. In my second visit, you worked wonders on my tight hips. The way you unlocked the tension and released the hip muscles has allowed me to engage in dynamic stretching and yoga without any discomfort.
