I am a very personable and friendly guy who sincerely loves people from all walks of life, languges and ethnicities. I have a strong background in healthcare and sports medicine. I have dedicated my life to studying the most complex machine known to man and that is the human body. With it's more that 300 trillion moving parts, and more  real science uncovered every day. Human nutrition is prfoundly complex. Just the chemicals reaction it takes for our body to convert it's most basic fule, glucagen into musle movement, is a 26 processs chemical reaction that happens in a nano-second. This is known as the Krebs Cycle. This is just an example of just how complex and amazing our bodies are. I find it crazy that many people know more about the their iPhone than they do the body they live in.


I like to take the mystery and guess work out of all the hype that is out there. Most things commonly known about nutrition are missapplied fact. Diet books and apps are not the answer the your specific nutritional needs!

Over the years I have developed my own style much like a chef after culinary school.
