Mary Wese, LMT, is a graduate of the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage. In 2015, after a decade of childbearing and rearing, Mary found herself in adrenal fatigue. By focusing on diet, natural treatments (including massage), and having faith that the creator designed us to heal, she has revitalized her health.   Her experiences gave Mary empathy and a desire to help other women who may also be experiencing stress and fatigue as a result of rigorous demands on their emotional and physical being. She finds much satisfaction in supporting women through all stages of life with her sensitivity, experience, and skill.

 

In 2017 she began pursuing her longtime interest in bodywork. Her unique flowing massage style, Hawaiian Lomilomi, along with myofascial release techniques enable her to relax the body and relieve pain in specific areas. Her prenatal massage relieves the physical and emotional stress that pregnancy can bring upon a woman.   Mary integrates Swedish, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, cupping, and fascial stretching (Thai massage) into her bodywork.  She also offers hot stone massage and full sessions of reflexology, cupping and Thai Massage.  Her approach with each client is focused on their particular needs and techniques to help them achieve their personal goals.
