My name is Melissa Bernashe.  I'm a graduate of the Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy and a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.  I have always wanted a job that involved helping people.  I personally have had many different experiences with massage in the past but the experience that got me where I am today is a little different.  I came across a massage therapist in an oncology chemo unit of a hospital where my mother was receiving treatment.  Here I saw that massage therapists are people who love to help people.  They genuinely care for the people they are working with and are considerate of the individual needs of each person.  This is who I wanted to be in my profession.  So here I am today, a Certified Massage Therapist, who loves her job, helping one person at a time.  I listen to what you tell me about yourself and your health needs and customize the session to you.  Your session time, is your time.  I want people to feel alive when they walk out of their session.  With a little less stress or pain in their day.  Hot towels and Essential Oils are a few of the things I like to incorporate in your session.  I offer a variety of different techniques to meet each individual's needs, from Swedish and Deep Tissue to Massage Cupping.  I work with you to get you feeling like you again.
