Caitlin Thomas, owner and head therapist, received her certification through Central Maryland School of Massage in 2009 and has been perfecting her craft with continuing education and NASM personal training certification. Her areas of expertise include deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, prenatal massage. We have seen massage therapy open the door for a better and more healthful life for so many of our clients. Every client has played an integral role in her business growth. Her passion for the health and wellness industry can be seen in the work she does.

We started our journey in 2011 with just a few business cards, working out of a tiny room in a beauty salon and traveling around to a handful of our clients homes. However, our goal has always been to provide each client with a customized massage plan and friendly service. Today we still operate on those same principles and goals! At Caitlin Thomas Massage Therapy we strive to provide a high level of care at an affordable price that makes massage therapy a way of life, not an infrequent luxury.
