Superior knowledge of the body and how best to stretch. Excellent communication skills. Heidi explained each stretch and process as we worked through them. She incorporated attention for my trouble areas as part of my appointment.

Heidi is incredibly knowledgeable. She always pays extra attention to areas of concern. I love how she incorporates gentle stretching into the massage. Her space has a calming, comfortable ambiance. I always leave feeling relaxed and renewed. Deep tissue massages with her are a great investment and keep my body feeling great.
