I had an incredible 90-minute deep tissue massage at Meraki Massage & Wellness in Dayton with Heidi. She was warm, friendly, and immediately made me feel comfortable. Her technique was exceptional, and it was obvious she is an experienced massage therapist who truly understands how to relieve muscle tension while creating a relaxing experience. I left feeling like a completely new person! If you're looking for a professional deep-tissue massage in the Dayton area, I highly recommend Heidi at Meraki Massage & Wellness.

Heidi’s stretching techniques is something I’ve never experienced throughout a massage. I felt so loose coming out of my first appointment with her. She also gave me tricks to use at home to help.
