As an equestrian herself, taking lessons in dressage, Mindy has turned her focus to horse and rider, working on both as a team.  Any equestrian knows they are but one half of the whole.  Specializing in locating compensation techniques, Mindy applies her knowledge to both halves of the team, working each individually to bring balance to both.  Her touch is noninvasive and unique, focusing on persuading the muscle to relax itself rather than "blunt force trauma".  This is not only more comfortable for the client, but also resets the muscle's memory so the muscle doesn't feel weakened or compromised in its new relaxed state, thus extending the benefit of the massage.  Additionally, the muscles do not fight her touch, and thus each massage will allow her to work deeper without causing pain.
