Pain and stress deeply affect our quality of life, my work is
to help you lessen that burden. I bring
ten years of experience in massage therapy and four years of teaching restorative
yoga to the East Texas community. My own personal journey navigating sports
injuries and anxiety has provided me the opportunity to discover first-hand the
healing benefits of massage and functional movement on stress and musculoskeletal pain. My mission
is working with experts from multiple therapeutic fields to grow a vibrant network
for holistic health and wellness across East Texas.
I integrate clinical
orthopedic massage, Thai bodywork, yoga and craniosacral therapy to create a
personalized session that provides deep relief to muscles and mind. I am invested in listening to your concerns, adapting
to your feedback and providing intuitive compassionate touch.
