I went to the California Academy for the Healing Arts in Costa Mesa, Ca, specializing in massage, Energy Therapy, Reiki, Sound Therapy, and numerous modalities all focused on bringing the body into balance. I have independently studied Myofascial Release (John F Barnes approach), Cranio Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Crystal Acupressure, and Flower Essence Therapy. I find that healing occurs on multiple levels so to simply treat the physical is not enough. We have to work with the mental, emotional, and energetic bodies as well.
I create tile mosaics and meditation music in my spare time, as well as hold monthly sound bath events.
I currently provide treatment in my office in Santa Ana.
