Frances has always been gifted with all-knowing, but did not really understand it until studying meditation, automatic writing and channeling in 2005. She began to trust what she was being taught. It was so familiar and began to answer many of her questions about life here on earth.

In 2007, Frances began to channel Amadeus Mozart after finding out he is her Master Guide. Through conversations with him and much research, she is honored to say that she was his older sister, Maria Anna Mozart, from that lifetime. Quite the story!
Her first book, It is I Amadeus; Channeled Messages From Spirit was published in June, 2015 and her second book, Loving the Me in Me; Reconnecting with the Love Vibration is currently being edited for publication this summer.
Frances is a teacher and currently works with students and clients out of the Sanctuary Wellness Center and Yoga Studio in Tustin, CA, a city she also resides in.
