A passion to help people heal and feel better lead me to the healthcare industry. I graduated with honors from Everest College in 2008 and have spent my career working in a chiropractic office specializing in deep tissue and treatment massage. I am also a licensed nurse, but massage therapy is my passion. As a nurse I have a greater understanding of how the body works.  I take a holistic, team approach to health care. I do not believe that massage should hurt to be effective. I understand that needs will change. Each client's massage session is tailored to their needs incorporating client preferred pressure, stretching and heat/ice to achieve optimal results. The client's self care also plays an important role in the healing process. I ask that every client do their part in the process for best results and healthier habits.
