A body can laugh too.

Things to do, places to go, time flying by, waking up tired, repeating the cycle. Even when you have down time, you're so keyed up it takes you a long time to let the tension go.

That's what I hear again and again. I see what this does to a body, and it isn't a good thing.

Don’t expect a resort or spa experience. This is true deep tissue. Most knowledgeable and capable sports therapist I have had. She can find where you need treatment without you telling her. She’s that good.

Teresa was exceptional. From the body evaluation to explaining what she was doing to the actual massage, TOP NOTCH. I handle pain very well and usually don't cringe to much during a massage, but Teresa is the strongest person I've ever been to. While portions did hurt, the effectiveness of her procedures are undeniable. I felt 100% more flexible and loose after my visit. I absolutely will be back for another session. Teresa is also very friendly and thoroughly explains why she is doing something and how it will benefit you. She also provided very clear after care instructions.
