I incorporate a variety of modalities to each massage session. My aim is to assist the body to heal itself. Our bodies strive for balance. Sometimes they just need someone to give it a gentle push in the right direction.

I currently offer Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Deep tissue, prenatal, hot/cold stone, migraine treatments, cupping, Guasha/IASTM, myofascial, Oncology massage... However, tell me what your muscular complaints are & I will individualize a plan just right for you.
