Jihrleah received her massage education from the Syracuse Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2011. After graduating, Jihrleah gained experience working on elite Army personnel and as the team therapist for the Columbus (GA) Cottonmouths Hockey team. Since 2012, Jihrleah has worked in medical spas, day spas, and private practice expanding her knowledge in different massage and manual therapy techniques such as myofacial release, sports, and orthopedic massage. Jihrleah currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from Northeastern State University.

Jihrleah’s clientele are athletes, business professionals and those working in a job with repetitive movements. 

Her continuing education includes classes in: Myofacial release, Orthopedic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and RockPod Cupping.

Jihrleah’s own athletic background includes: basketball, baseball, softball, football, and weight lifting.

Jihrleah is an amazing massage therapist! She has been my massage therapist for quite a while now and was saddened when she left her previous location, but luckily I had found her via Google search! She listens to your needs and accommodates accordingly, whether it be a specific area that you would like worked on and makes sure she gives extra focus on that area or what pressure level you like. I would highly recommend Jihrleah and will definitely be back!

Jihrleah was amazing! I went in for a sports massage and she helped me stretch and work through all kinds of muscle issues. She listened, she asked questions, and she helped me work through muscle tightness. I have never found a massage therapists that I felt was a really good match and really connected with and I finally feel like I have. Thank you, Jihrleah! I would recommend Reactive and Jihrleah to anyone, for whatever massage they need.

She was easy going, very down to Earth. Very professional, relatable. Also to note one of the best massages I have received in a long time. Would/will be going again.
