Hi! My name is Ashley and I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and have been for the past 6 years! I have extensive knowledge and continuing education in medical massage and modalities related. I do a number of modalities including relaxing, therapeutic, deep tissue, reflexology, and prenatal massage therapy. In my practice, it's a judgment free zone and no discrimination. My main focus is your well-being and to help ease your stress and pains from day to day life. I strive to improve your quality of life, range of motion, and overall wellness!
