Poo has been a massage therapist since 2010, when she graduated from the Chetawan Traditional Thai (CTT) Massage School in Wat Po Bangkok Thailand. Since then she has attended massage courses at Watpo Thai Traditional Medical and Ayuravate Association in 2011, the Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society in 2015, and Arizona School of Integrated Studies (ASIS) in 2019/2020 where she completed 800 hours of hands on training.

Poo's ran a successful business out of her home in Yokota Air Base, Japan, while her husband was stationed there. They then moved to Ramstein Air Base, Germany, in 2013, where she worked for Fortis Vitae Massage Therapy that operated out of the base gym. While there she won massage therapist of the year in 2015, and maintained the most clients of all therapists. Fortis Vitae lost the contract with the base in 2016, but was invited to work for the new company, TD Support Services, that won the new contract. She excelled there until they moved to Arizona in 2019, at which point she attended ASIS and completed 800 hours of hands on training to receive her Arizona license; leading to her opening her own business in the summer of 2020.
