A lifelong desire to make the world a better place is what originally led me to the field of massage therapy. After being drawn to the Southwest, I graduated from the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in 2003 and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 12 years. Most of those years have been in the beautiful city of Tucson, Arizona, where I have lived since 2005.

My work is informed by my fascination with anatomy and physiology (I have also served as an instructor to successive generations of massage therapists). I blend many different styles and modalities into each session as needed, including Massage Cupping bodywork, Reiki, prenatal massage, Japanese hot stone massage, myofascial release, Kinesio Taping, and neuromuscular techniques. I absolutely love the challenge and privilege of meeting my clients where they are, and working together with them to make their lives easier.

I am comfortable working with all kinds of concerns: lymphedema, neuropathy, painful scar tissue after surgery, prenatal aches and pains, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, muscle sprains and strains, headaches and migraines, and chronic and acute pain.

Whether you have chronic pain from an illness or condition, a crick in your neck from adjusting to life as a new parent, or just need to slow down and remember how to breathe, I am here to help you on your journey to wellness. Life is better with less pain.

My visit is the high point of the week. LS is a consummate professional [although very personable]. She always resolves my problems. I would always recommend her [and have done so several times, with great results].

Liz is a competent and awesome massage therapist! She listens to you and works with what will be the best outcome for you and your body.

Liz is a total pro, and always manages to make me feel like new again after each session, whatever I have going on. As a long-time massage therapist myself, I really appreciate what she brings to the table, including a high level of professionalism. I'm really picky and spoiled when it comes to massage, but I always feel satisfied when I get a session from Liz. I highly recommend her if you have chronic stress or pain. And go for the 2 hours if you can--it goes by so much faster than you'd think!

Liz was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable on her practice and super friendly. I’ve been suffering with chronic back pain for years and felt a noticeable relief after my first appt.. Definitely recommend!

Liz creates a safe and supportive space for her clients. She is totally responsive to our needs and could not be more gentle, thorough, and professional. You know she is listening to you and your body. I’m about to take my 76 year old mom there for her first massage to help her with some injuries and artritis issues. Mom has never trusted a masseuse before , so this says a lot!

Liz found the right "spots" to massage that I did not know were a possible link to the problem. She understands that the problem is not always local to the pain and finds the place where massage is most effective.

Liz is fantastic! She uses several techniques to resolve tight muscles and soreness. I'm a regular every 2 weeks!
