Hello! I went to school at Iowa State University to study kinesiology in 2015; Now I'm in Tucson working as a personal trainer and massage therapist.
I enjoy working with active adults that use massage for recovery. I specialize in neuromuscular, myofascial, trigger point, and cupping therapy.
With my time off, I'm out having epic adventures somewhere in the mountains rock climbing with friends.
