My passion is empowering mothers throughout their childbearing years and beyond. I enjoy focusing on the unique needs of women, to include core awareness and pelvic health. My massage approach is both intuitive and integrative, focused on balancing the body, promoting relaxation and body awareness...all important states to strive for in birth, but also in life!
