I consider myself a Tucson native since I have lived here for most of my life. Though,  I was born in a military hospital in Germany. Before moving to the beautiful Southwest, with my family as a child; I lived in a military town in Kansas. 

My hobbies include practicing yoga, getting outdoors with my two sons, cooking meals(especially those tailored to my Ayurvedic Dosha), massaging horses, exploring and learning(reading books, attending classes and workshops).

I first discovered my calling to Massage Therapy while studying Skin Care at Aveda Institute in the University area of Tucson,AZ. I actually decided to enroll in massage school the day after taking my written exam on Massage.
