Massage has been a natural transition for me from the hospitality, social work and education industries. Massage allows me to still effect change in the community, through giving education and information about the body, while also sharing  resources promoting well being.  Moreover, I get to assist in a client's relaxation process from everyday stressors to chronic injuries. I have traveled and lived in many parts of the world and am very happy to call Tucson my home. I was educated at Arizona School of Integrative Studies, ASIS, and studied and worked under many of the Desert Institute graduates.  The sense of community and loving spirit from my ASIS training continues to resonate and evolve in my massage work today.


My emphasis is on therapeutic work for an overall feeling of relaxation and cohesion of the body.  I use several compression and energy techniques to achieve this goal. Myofascial, NMT, Sports, Thai, Shiatsu and Lomi Lomi are a few of the modalities I integrate into a massage. In addition, I practice Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) for assisted removal of fluid buildup after surgeries and Cranial Sacral energy work. I will be certified in Thai Massage and as a Certified Lyphedema Therapist in 2021.
