Our bodies and our minds are deeply interconnected, with the stress from our everyday lives playing a major part in our physical pain and dis-ease. Our neural pathways are formed by our experiences, and can be a source of our internal anxiety, depression, and pain. I’m searching for wellness, and the map to getting there looks differently for each of us. As a folk doctor, my goal is to teach, share, and learn a way of reclaiming our personal and collective health for our future as a community.
