Demonstrate clinical competence, confidence, and clarity of communication with co-workers. Recognize patterns and similarities in patient presentations and effectively manage patient care. Have an awareness of and make recommendations to ensure proper treatment is delivered. Provide Physiotherapy modalities such as: Iontophoresis, Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation / Interferential, TENS, Hot/Cold Packs, Ice Massage, Compression, Traction, Laser, Pulsed Lavage, Negative Pressure Therapy, and Infrared. e cost-effective delivery of care/services. Practice physiotherapy collaboratively/coll­egially to share responsibility for solving problems and making decisions to formulate and carry out plans of care for the patient and family. Adapt leadership style to situations to achieve desired outcomes.
