Cameo has been schooled in many different types of massage including Dynamic Restructuring (Taught by Rod Diehm-Ai Zen of Hilsboro), Table Thai (Taught By Wendee Schatzman), Cyriax Cross Fiber Friction (for scar tissue), Precision Neuromuscular Techniques (Taught by Douglas Nelson) Lymphatic Drainage, Injury Rehab, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscular Energy Techniques (METs), Myofascial Release (MFR), Orthopedic Massage and more. She uses these techniques throughout her massage to increase the potential for a successful outcome.

Cameo believes that massage is a powerful tool to have when caring for the body. The human body is an amazing thing that has the capacity to heal itself if given the right circumstances. She believes in getting your body to that point and letting it do its magic; bring the body back to its full potential.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Cameo came to Oregon in 2006 and fell in love with the Northwest. Two years later, she fell in love with a native Oregonian and had 2 girls. She enjoys spending time with her family, painting, singing karaoke and writing about herself in the third person.
