It is my pleasure to present to you Mon Q Sports Quiromassage, which I am convinced will enhance the way you experience your life, both personal and professional.

During the past 13 years I have specialized in sports quiromassage, a pain management technique developed in Spain. However, my approach to sports quiromassage is unique in that I combine other techniques that I have mastered while studying in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Russia.

Through my version of sports quiromassage, I will realign your body to restore musculoskeletal function naturally. It will also help reduce inflammation, balance the central nervous system, and restore proper biomechanics for optimum performance.

Món Q Sports Quiromassage is versatile and can benefit both the professional athlete and the general public. Furthermore, Món Q Sports Quiromassage requires no special equipment and is completely natural.

EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA: Imagínate un ajuste de todo: desde el cuello hasta los pies. Y que tarda una hora porque viene acompañado de un masaje profundo y bastante completo que prepara todo el cuerpo para los cambios por venir. Me he sometido a 4 terapias con Mon García (la primera fue una terapia cranio-sacral hace unos tres años) y estas singulares manos siempre me ofrecen una vivencia apropiada y súper beneficiosa para ese momento. A veces el masaje de tejido profundo es doloroso. Siempre es liberador. Me han salido toxinas luego del masaje en la forma de espinillas por la espina dorsal; y en cuanto a su alcance emocional, pues estos tratamientos me han dejado riéndome y/o llorando de buena gana. Creo en el poder transformador y sanador del masaje, especialmente cuando viene con las intenciones y profesionalismo que demuestra Mon. Mi mejor recomendación para su Quiromasaje.
