Everything you do, every single decision you make, either takes you a step closer or a step further away from your goal. You either grow or you regress; Nothing stands still.

I've been a licensed massage therapist since graduating from the Dayton School of Medical Massage in 2017.  I specialize in deep tissue massage using techniques such as stretching, muscle stripping, cross fiber friction, kneading, trigger point therapy and know very little about craniosacral therapy. I also use Reiki to channel my energy to activate the natural healing process in the body.  I love working one on one with my clients and knowing that I had a positive impact on them.

I've been into bodybuilding for the last 10 years.  I grew up around that lifestyle that includes a natural approach including nutrition and supplements.  Massage is an extension to that.

I'm looking forward to taking on new clients and working at Thyme To Heal Massage & Wellness Center!

Craniosacral Therapy

For a few months, a LMT at Harmony Farms showed me a little bit about CST and a little bit about energy work.

Deep Tissue

I've learned techniques and body mechanics from other massage therapists in the past to be able to handle doing deep tissue massage, also my experience with weight training for the past decade has helped me perform deep tissue massage as well. Another technique I've learned is trigger point therapy to help alleviate tension and pressure points.

Medical Massage

I've had some experience with medical massage working with Chiropractors.

The table was warm so I wouldn't get cold, she put on relaxing music, the lighting was calming, and she did a great job with my massage and answered any questions I had! I will definitely be going back!

One of the best massage therapist I have been to. I have had several sessions with Amanda and she is absolutely amazing. She always knows exactly where to work on, pressure is perfect and I have seen a real improvement in the way my body feels since working with her. Could not recommend her more!
