I was trained and educated at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. I use a variety of massage techniques to integrate balance to the body, breath and mind. My understanding of the body, how it moves, and how it's connected to the mind is truly a passion of mine. My goals are to help others find a better, more natural approach to healing their bodies and feeling better.
