My healing path has also led me to seek knowledge about medicinal aromatherapy which involves using healing plant essences directly on the muscles for release and vitality, as well as helping to clear the emotional realm of being able to let go.  My studies have led me to take many workshops that show the mind/body connection through dreamwork, healing visualizations, and prayer.  Some of the principles that i engage during a session are pule(prayer), ho'oponopono(resolving conflicts within the self as well as with family and other relationships), and the use of plant medicine in essence form which promote the body to let go physically and mentally.
