Since I work on people in the comfort of their own homes, I find that my clients and I create a trusting and caring space for healing and true relaxation. 


I've been practicing massage since 2012 on Traverse City area clients. I spent much of my earlier years (previous career) in a very creative and stressful environment. I've found that the practice of massage helps connect us to each other, be mindful of our bodies and spirits – all the while decreasing the effects of stress. I love this!

When I'm not caring for my family or doing design and advertising, I get to gratefully practice massage. My practice focuses on client-based goals; whether the need is for relaxation/swedish, lymphatic work, cranio-sacral work, even sports massage, each session is customized. I use essential oils when applicable/desired. I love working on specific challenges, be they muscular in nature or stress-oriented.
