Through my journey, life has led me to work in the healthcare field, first as a Chiropractic Assistant and now as a Licensed Massage Therapist.  I attended Lock Haven University, marrying my soul mate of 18 years, raising two wonderful children and realizing that I wanted to go back to school.  In 2008 I graduated from CCBC Massage Therapy program with an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy, because I wanted to help people heal their bodies and feel whole again, which is the epitome of a mas...

Through my journey, life has led me to work in the healthcare field, first as a Chiropractic Assistant and now as a Licensed Massage Therapist.  I attended Lock Haven University, marrying my soul mate of 18 years, raising two wonderful children and realizing that I wanted to go back to school.  In 2008 I graduated from CCBC Massage Therapy program with an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy, because I wanted to help people heal their bodies and feel whole again, which is the epitome of a massage or life journey, as well as my life goal.


I'm a trained Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Maryland with certifications in Pregnancy and Cranio-Sacral Massage .  My massages consist typically of a Swedish/Deep Tissue mix instituting cranio-sacral techniques, as well as ROM of the Scapulas and Glute work which helps everyone's lower and upper back.  Every massage is based on the clients needs or preference. 

The benefits of massage are numerous: increases immune system, decreases STRESS/ANXIETY, lowers blood pressure and heart rate, releases endorphins to block pain, improves sleep and circulation, decreases inflammation/swelling, improves muscle tone and posture, aids recovery and improves productivity, and the list goes on. Massage is a great adjunct for many treatments, conditions and/or diseases, but the biggest message is that:  IT GETS THE BODY TO RELAX!!!!

I practice what I preach and get a massage weekly, so that physically and mentally, you have my undivided attention.  Other things that help me love what I do is spending time with my family and friends, camping, reading a good book and going to the beach, bike riding and making everyday count on this earth.

I had seen Paiton many times prior to 2022, in October of 2021 I found that I had AML cancer. So after recovery and remission I have been struggling with severe internal nerve damage from chemo and radiation treatment. So I finally was able to return for her treatment. Paiton is very caring, compassionate and skilled in her profession. after 1 visit I actually felt some relief and I would highly recommend her services. Tony B.
